Restaurant administrators are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials, menu data, and QR codes generated for table ordering.
Parozo offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Payments are processed securely via integrated gateways (Razorpay / Stripe). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
We strive to maintain 99.99% system availability. Scheduled maintenance window notices will be communicated via our Status Page.
